I ordered the Jendi Double Strap Small Satchel recently and it arrived today! I'm so pleased with it! It's the perfect everyday kind of bag, since I'm really not to the type to carry a million things inside my everyday bag. However, especially because I live in Australia, it is a little annoying that I can't carry a book AND a water bottle on really hot days.
The fact that it has a long strap though does make it super versatile, and I think it will be the perfect festival bag as it is quite thin, and the main compartment has a zipper to ensure everything is really secure.
It's not real leather, but it feels to soft, and it cost $59.95 off the Iconic website, however I did get $10 off due to a UNIDAYS discount, so it wasn't too expensive! It's this lovely worn brown which is so beautiful and I love how secure it is!

The little front compartment has no zipper and is the perfect size for my mimco wallet. Since it's separated from the rest of the compartment, it's easily accessible which I really like, since I hate rummaging for my wallet to get my train or bus ticket out.
The main compartment itself has a 3 inner pockets, for small accessories, however, sometimes I do feel it's a little small. It I fill the smaller compartments, the main compartment of the bag itself does hold less.
As you can see in the photo, I have my phone and agenda/planner in the main compartment, and it won't really fit much else. If you happened to be reading a thin book, i think it could fit, but the buckle at the front would be difficult to do up.
I don't recommend this bag for people who like carrying everything with them, however, if you're like me and you generally only carry the essentials (and just to clarify, I rarely take a full makeup bag - only blotting paper, powder, kabuki brush and a lipstick), this bag is just perfect! It feels really sturdy and I'm really looking forward to using it.
